Do I need to be RERA-registered to list?

Yes. Agents must share their RERA registration number, which we check before their listings go live. Owners and builders can list without one.

Will buyers know a listing is from an agent?

Yes. Every listing says who listed it: owner, builder or RERA-registered agent. Buyers can filter by it, so being clear about it builds trust.

Can I charge brokerage?

Any fee is agreed between you and your client, not through BuilderFloor.in. Owner listings have no brokerage, and the listing label tells buyers when an agent is involved.

How much does it cost to list?

Listing is free during our launch period.

What do I need to list my builder floor?

Good photos, the carpet area, floor and building details, your expected price, and copies of the ownership document, sanctioned plan and occupancy or completion certificate if you have them. Listings with documents get the Verified badge and appear higher in search.

How long does verification take?

Once we have your documents, our team reviews them and contacts you if anything is missing. You'll hear from us before the listing goes live.

Will my phone number be shown publicly?

No. Buyers and tenants send requests through BuilderFloor.in, and we pass genuine enquiries on to you. Your number is never displayed on the listing.
