Add details, photos and your expected price. Listing is free during our launch period.
2. Get verified
Share your documents. Once reviewed, your listing gets the Verified badge and ranks higher.
3. Receive genuine enquiries
Buyers and tenants book visits through the platform. Your number is never shown publicly.
Plot owners & builders

Plot owners share location and plot size. Builders share their experience and the areas they work in.
2. Get matched
We introduce plot owners and builders whose location, plot size and budget fit.
3. Agree terms and build
You agree the floor or revenue share directly with each other, with your own lawyer, and start construction.
How verification works
- Sellers share copies of the ownership document (sale deed or registry), the sanctioned building plan and the occupancy or completion certificate.
- Our team reviews each document and checks that the details match the listing: address, floor, area and owner name.
- The listing shows a tick for every document reviewed. Only listings with all three get the Verified badge.
- RERA-registered agents must share their registration number, which we check before their listings go live.
- Verification is a document review to filter out fake and incomplete listings. It is not a legal title guarantee.
How price insights work
- Every listing shows its price per sq ft of carpet area.
- We compare it with other builder floors of the same type (sale or rent) in the same city on BuilderFloor.in.
- You see the range, the average, and where this floor sits, so you know what to ask about before you visit.
- It's a reference, not a valuation. Floor level, road width, park facing and build quality all matter.
How site visit booking works
- On any listing, choose a date and a one-hour slot and send the request on WhatsApp or email.
- We confirm the slot with the owner, builder or agent and share the exact address with you.
- Your phone number isn't passed on until you agree.
