Why we built BuilderFloor.in
Builder floors are one of the most common ways families buy and rent homes across Delhi NCR, and increasingly in other cities. Yet finding one still mostly means calling local dealers, seeing the same floor quoted at different prices, and trusting paperwork you haven't seen.
We think buying, renting or developing a builder floor should be as clear as any other big purchase. That means knowing who you're dealing with, seeing what's been checked, comparing prices before you visit, and keeping your phone number to yourself.
BuilderFloor.in is a marketplace for owners, builders and RERA-registered agents. We build the tools that make the market transparent: document verification, price insights, online visit booking and plot–builder matching.
